In order to deposit successfully in PRISM, you need to be able to associate items with a collection. When items aren't associated with a collection, you will see the "Internal System Error" message when trying to access your item.

Please contact digitize@ucalgary.samanage.ca and the PRISM team will set you up with a collection and fix the items you have already submitted.
