There are many reasons as to why a print job may not show up in the printer queue or the job prints blank pages:
- If the document was a D2L attachment or email attachment, save the document to the computer desktop first and then open and print it from there
- check that the printer that the job is directing print jobs to is the printer you want; for example, computers in the business library can be set up to print to the business library printer, the Haskayne B&W printer, and so forth
- the printer is looking for a size of paper that our printers do not have
