- Books from the circulating collection ("Definite Loan" in the Library's catalogue) may be borrowed for two weeks by undergraduate students, alumni, special borrowers, and guests. Staff, faculty, grad students, and honour's students may borrow items for a term loan (due Jan. 15, May 15 & Sept. 15).
Please note that all books are subject to recall after 14 days.
- Periodicals and reference materials ("Library Use Only" in the Library's catalogue) are available for use in the library only, other than for periodicals located at the High Density Library (HDL) which are available for two week loan ("Two Week Firm Loan" in the Library's catalogue)
- Books on Course Reserve will have varying borrowing times; they are often a one hour loan and must remain in the library.
For more details on our loan periods, please see our Services - Borrowing Books page.
