How to PHOTOCOPY on the RICOH Printer/Copier with UC Unicard
- Ensure you have funds on your Unicard (cost .08 for B/W and .20 for colour)
- Tap you UNICARD on the card reader pad
- Select Copier option
- Copier settings screen appears. Select setting options
- Use either the document feeder or open lid and place document on the scanner bed
- Hit START
- When done, touch LOGOUT
How to PHOTOCOPY on the RICOH Printer/Copier with a Guest Unicard:
- A Guest Print card will need to be purchased for $1 from the red Unicard kiosk located on the first floor of the TFDL, next to the second floor staircase.
- Additional printing funds will need to be added to the card before sending your document(s) to the printer.
- Only cash is accepted at the kiosk.
- Ensure you have funds on your Unicard (cost .08 for B/W and .20 for colour)
- Swipe Guest Unicard on the Ricoh printer -- ignore the “campus card user unknown” message
- Press login
- Select Copier option
- Copier settings screen appears. Select setting options. Or press Copy in the top left corner of the screen to view the simplified copy screen.
- Use either the document feeder or open lid and place document on the scanner bed
- Hit START
- When done, touch PCC, then LOGOUT
- Tap OK on the summary screen to complete logout
