All UCalgary students are eligible to make submissions to their Faculty Research & Publications collection as well as the Undergraduate Academic Work and Undergraduate Research & Publications collections in PRISM. Submission to other PRISM collections may require a request for access or be mediated.
While PRISM accepts a wide variety of material types. Undergraduate Work is best submitted as follows:
Undergraduate Academic Work

Exemplary coursework outputs (reports, final assignments) as sponsored by a faculty member
- Exemplary independent study reports as sponsored by a faculty member
Undergraduate Research & Publications
- Journal Articles
- Conference papers, presentations, proceedings
If submitting on behalf of the student, or when submitting the results of group work, ensure you have permission from any co-authors, co-creators, or other copyright holders (including third-party materials) before submitting to PRISM.
