All University of Calgary students are eligible to make submissions to their Faculty Research & Publications collection as well as the Undergraduate Academic Work and Undergraduate Research & Publications collections in PRISM. Submission to other PRISM collections may require a request for access or be mediated.

While PRISM accepts a wide variety of material types (see https://libanswers.ucalgary.ca/faq/199683) Undergraduate Work is best submitted as follows:

Faculty Research & Publications collections

  • Journal Articles

  • Conference papers, presentations, proceedings

Undergraduate Academic Work

  • Exemplary coursework outputs (reports, final assignments) as sponsored by a faculty member

  • Exemplary independent study reports as sponsored by a faculty member

Undergraduate Research & Publications

  • Journal Articles
  • Conference papers, presentations, proceedings

If submitting on behalf of the student, or when submitting the results of group work, ensure you have permission from any co-authors, co-creators, or other copyright holders (including third-party materials) before submitting to PRISM.
