Yes! 3D printing is located in Lab NEXT on the third floor of the TFDL.
The 3D printer in the TFDL is a consumer-level machine, meaning that it creates small scale objects using a plastic-based material. The consumer-level 3D printer is ideal for experimenting with design and prototyping, and allows students and researchers to test their concepts in a real world scenario.
You can do DIY printing in our Makerspace on the third floor once you've completed an online or in person makerspace orientation.
You can also request a full service job where we will print your item for you.
