Q. Do I have to get permission for photos in copyright before the University of Calgary will provide them?

The University of Calgary can provide copyright protected photos for research and private study, but patrons are responsible for obtaining permissions/clearing copyright for their use and take on all responsibility and liability when the University of Calgary provides these photos.
