Q. What can I download from Digital Collections?

Items in Digital Collections have different levels of access due to copyright status and licensing, among other factors.

To find out what options are available to you, investigate each item individually by selecting the thumbnail image or record listing.

In general, access options fall into one of the following categories:

View Online

• no ADD TO CART/DOWNLOAD button
• the item is only available to View Online due to copyright status, licensing, or other restrictions related to a donation or the physical item.

View Online and Download

• DOWNLOAD button
  • download the original or only available file

View Online, Request, and Download

• ADD TO CART button
  • request an alternative version
• DOWNLOAD button
  • download a small version

View Online and Request

• ADD TO CART button
  • request an alternative version

View Record and Request

• ADD TO CART button
  • request access to view online or request an alternative version
