Q. Why can't I view this book in Digital Collections?

The vast majority of items in Digital Collections are available for viewing in your browser without the need for registering an account.

If you encounter issues viewing a book or book-like PDF title in Digital Collections the culprit may be:

• internet speeds and/or size of the book (some of our books are quite large!)
• using an old browser version (Safari in particular)

Try viewing the same book in another browser. This works for most users.

If there are still problems accessing a title let us know using the Ask A Question button.

Include information like:

• which browser you are using
• if this happens with all books you are viewing or just large ones (here is an example of a small PDF in Digital Collections to compare)
• the title or link you are trying to access
