Q. How do I order audiovisual material from Archives and Special Collections?

You can search and discover audiovisual (AV) archival materials in UCalgary's Search Archives database online at https://searcharchives.ucalgary.ca/. For digitized material, you can search UCalgary's Digital Collections website at https://digitalcollections.ucalgary.ca/.

If you would like to consult an AV object that isn't digitized yet, we may be able to migrate or digitize a copy on a per request basis. Place your order via https://digitalcollections.ucalgary.ca/digitization. 

FEE SCHEDULE

$20/object if the material can be handled in house
If the material needs to be digitized by an external vendor, costs for digitization are passed along to the requester.

Fees and permissions will be reviewed and confirmed prior to initiating the request.
