Q. Can I book a room at the Health Sciences Library for my Thesis Defence?

The extended room bookings at the Health Sciences Library are only available for students during the tight timeline when they are preparing for their PhD Candidacy Exams. Our bookable workrooms are high in demand and since thesis defense preparation can span over a number of months, Health Sciences Library does not have the capacity to offer extended room bookings during the preparation or the day of examination. However, the library space and bookable rooms (max. 2 hours per day, 3 hours in a week) may still be helpful as you prepare for your thesis.
