Yes, you will need a new Unicard to access the library. While you wait for your new Unicard, you will be able to register for a guest pass using the designated computers. You will not be able to access the TFDL after hours.
Send an email to the Campus Service Center with your UCID number, stating your card is broken. Use "broken card" as the subject line.
