Library notices are sent by email. To avoid missing important updates, please check your email’s Quarantine or SPAM folder.
Here are some steps you can take:
- Check your SPAM or Quarantine folder and allow the sender:
- UCalgary email address:
- Check Quarantine: Access Quarantine. If the email is in Quarantine, you can "release" it and "allow the sender" to ensure future emails are not quarantined.
- Other email addresses (Outlook, Gmail, etc.):
- Outlook: Check Quarantine: Access Quarantine or the Spam/Junk folder to allow future emails into your Inbox.
- Gmail, etc.: Check the Spam/Junk folder to ensure future emails are delivered to your Inbox.
- UCalgary email address:
- Review your library account activity: View Your Account
- Loans: View current loans and due dates
- Requests: Check the status of your hold requests
- Fines & Fees: See any outstanding fines and fees on your account
