Q. How long will it take to receive my scan?

Patron Scan on Demand requests are typically completed within 5–7 business days. If the item is currently checked out, turnaround time will be longer and can take up to three weeks, as we wait for the item to be returned before processing the scan. Patron Scan on Demand requests are processed in the order they are received and expedited service is not available.
