Q. How do I book the Health Sciences Library Computer Commons?

The primary purpose of the Computer Commons (Rooms 1460A and 1460B) at the Health Sciences Library (HSL) is to support library instruction. 

The Computer Commons may be booked by University of Calgary faculty and staff only when the space is available and there are no suitable alternative bookable spaces available outside of HSL.

To submit a booking request, please use the online calendar: https://workrooms.ucalgary.ca/reserve/HSL-Commons

Please note that all requests submitted through the calendar are pending approval and are not confirmed until you receive an approval notification by email. You will be notified of the status of your request once it has been reviewed.
