All library branches have a least one public printer available for public use.  Methods of payment vary from branch to branch. 

How to PRINT on the RICOH Printer when logged into a library public computer (TFDL, Doucette)

  1. Ensure your campus card is loaded with funds.(cost .08 for B/W and .20 for colour)
  2. Logon to a computer and send your print job to the print queue called STUDENT on ITCTSEQUITRAC01
  3. Go to the RICOH printer to retrieve your print job
  4. Touch the printer screen to activate
  5. Swipe your UNICARD (face up) in the card swipe attached to the printer (or login using your UCIT username and password)
  6. Choose Unicard, NOT your name
  7. Touch the Follow-You Printing button, select your jobs and hit START
  8. When done, touch LOGOUT and then OK

How to print on the Ricoh printer from a public library computer with no login

  • Ensure your Unicard is loaded with funds.(cost .08 for B/W and .20 for colour)
  • Bring up the file you want to print. If it is open in an internet browser, such as Firefox or Internet Explorer, we recommend saving it to the desktop and printing from the saved file.

1. Send your file to the Student print queue:

         a. student on itctsequitrac01 (default)

2. A box will open called Equitrac Express and prompt you for an ID and Password

a. ID: enter your username, i.e. jsmith

b. Password: enter your password

3. Go to any “Follow You Printer” on campus and swipe your card

4. Select Unicard

5. Select Start or Login

6. Select Follow You Printing and your print job(s) will appear

7. Highlight your file and select Start or Print to print your file ($0.08 B/W, $0.20 Colour)
